Cheadle

Hi everyone
I viewed a flat yesterday to potentially buy on the estate next to Brookfields Park, is it ok to live in?
It is close to Cheadle village so presuming it can't be that bad bit would rather ask for second opinions before making a commitment.
Thanks

Such a specific question, you should have atleast put Cheadle, in Stockport or Manchester, yes because despite the locals getting there postal addresses to read Cheadle, Cheadle, they are still in an suburban area.
Any ways, it depends really on which side of the park you are on.  Brookfield Road, Oak Road etc have a lot of local housing association and ex local housing association properties there, doesn't necessary means it is an issue but if you use to live in Kensington and Chelsea, you might not like it.
Other side, so Schools Hill side, tends to be bigger private properties.  Cheadle village is nice, and in general Cheadle is a nice area but Stockport as an local council is an area with pockets of poverty right next to some extremely wealthy areas.
