Power Bank Recommendation ... Father's Day Gift

My kids (x3 .. adults) asked what I want for Father's Day
I intend getting back into wild camping this year, so fancy a power bank, which they agreed was a good idea
Unfortunately thou8gh i don't really know enough about them to know a good one from a bad one.
It'll be used to keep my phones (x2) charged as well as a camping light and torch. I think a 20000MAH power bank is what i need, or at least would like.
Any recommendations please ?

My main phone is a Nokia 7+ which takes a USB C .. I have a fast charge plug for that .. will that charge this powerbank ?
