London explorer pass / go city London

Hi all fist post here so sorry if it's in the wrong thread. We purchased some explorer passes last year before the first lock down to visit London, we planed on going to London in the April of 2020 but as the country was locked down we could not go. At this point we was out of there 90 day money back guarantee so had to settle for them extending the passes for 2 years, we have now planned to go in July but upon looking at the attractions today to see if we needed to pre book, the attractions we wanted to visit are no longer an option to use the passes I. E London Eye, hms balfast and madem Tussauds, and the remaining  attractions that are on the list don't really appeal to us. We have had no notification that the said attractions have been removed from their lists. Can we ask for a refund and if so under which law or consumer act could we use against them, as the passes are near enough useless to us now.
