Paypal - old business to personal

Many years ago converted my PayPal account to a "business", haven't been trading that for a decade or more but its not before caused any harm. Now want to transfer some funds to family overseas but there is no "friends and family" option, guessing because its a business account. 

Is there any decent solution to this? PayPal are mute on the subject but it appears they suggest closing the account and reopening again but then that loses history, breaks the automatic payments etc. I guess you still can't have two accounts with the same card associated? Plus opening a new account will take an age to go through verification etc (I know from last time when money was sent to a slightly incorrect email address)

when I posted I hadn't because it said it was out of hours and to come back later.

Chatted to them today... painful as ever and after several times being told what I was seeing on screen isnt what it is finally spoke to one of their team members in Ireland who said their 3 previous colleagues had been wrong... found that the last screen before making the payment by default loads at the bottom of the screen with the make payment button in focus but you can scroll up and there you can change the type of transaction to friends and family even on a business account.
