PCR Test - Refund

I am looking for some advice on trying to get a refund on PCR tests.
We were due to fly to Tenerife in January and had pre-booked PCR tests with Vivo Clinic before everything locked down again.
The booking was for a party of 7 at £149 each so total cost paid was £1043. Vivo clinic gave me a credit note to use within a year but it doesn’t look like I will be going anywhere this year. It’s a lot of money to write off and wondered if there is anyway I could claim for a refund as Vivo are not responding to my emails?

I believe you'll just have to accept the credit note I'm afraid. If you booked directly with them and they are still able to provide the service it's not their fault that you can't go away. They are still able and willing to provide the service, so I don't see how you would have any right to a refund. Offering a credit note is more than they would legally have to do0
