Hi,
I am looking for a projector.  I have seen some at Amazon but not sure.
Can anyone recommend one?
Also is it possible to wirelessly connect mobile phone to the projector or will need cables?
Thanks
MS

I have an Amazon one. It is OK, as long as you know what to expect.
A few things that you need to consider before buying any projector:
    - Budget?
    - Projection distance: how far away will the projector be from the wall/screen?
    - Can you guarantee a straight projector-screen setup or does it need to be at an angle (horizontal or vertical)?
    - How bright (or dark) will the room be?
    - What resolution do you need?
    - What speakers will you use?

JVC N5 would be a good option and great value at £6.500 unless money is no object then the JVC Z1 is fairly special but £35,000.

Otherwise it may be sensible to give a budget seeing as you can buy toys from £30 to serious home cinema at £50k plus

Thanks.  I think I will just play with a toy.

I use a fabric white screen hooked against my garage wall, a bluetooth speak and a projector I bought for £350 to screen movies etc. The quality is really quite good.
Mine isn't a wireless one but I just plug it (and the laptop) into the outside socket on an extension cable.
I love my mini-cinema and it has meant we have outdoor soclialising all nice and safely!
