What Daily Living award has she?
Do you know exactly which descriptors and points were awarded for her Std Mobility award?

I really think you should either contact an advice agency near you or sit down and have a read of the link I posted above. You need to be absolutely sure you know what you’re doing before reporting any changes and understanding the PIP descriptors will help a great deal.

I'd echo poppy's warning on this.

My local Citizens Advice have seen many client's who have reported a worsening condition, only to have had their PIP award removed / downgraded on reassessment.  You need to be very clear that:
    a) the worsening condition should result in an increased PIP award, by -
       i) knowing exactly what points are currently awarded, and
ii) which descriptors and points should now apply that would result in that increased award.
    b)  you can evidence those additional points, and explain clearly on the form why and how an increased award should be made.

The starting point is an understanding of the PIP points system.

If the DWP accepts the description of your wife's difficulties, it's likely she will be awarded the enhanced rate mobility component.
However, there is no guarantee. The decision will be influenced by the information on the PIP2 form, a health assessor's report and a DWP decision maker's opinion.
It's within your interest to get specialist help to complete the form, as suggested by Poppy.
If you have any supporting letters or assessments this will also strength your case.   If you get a PIP2 or AR1 then get a physical copy and send it back with the completed form, It will be then used as further evidence.
