Chip - Earn 1.25%

Martin, I took a keen interest in the Chip - 1.25% savings, which to be honest is very vague and in an attempt to any would-be triers, before you can apply for the VIp 1.25% savings, you have to invite others, and these are the people who will unblock you if they succeed. So Martin, I reckon you should take Chip off the moneysavingexpert, website because really, it gave me a chip on my shoulder, and still I am unsure if they'll delete my account although having deleted twice to clear any doubt. I would not feel comfortable, 1.attaching the Chip App to my bank, and 2. getting any money back had I transferred any. MORE INFORMATION PLEASE ON THIS -When I apply for savings I just want it to be between me and the company I am saving with, why bring in others?

MSE provides you with the code to get access, so there's no inviting other people required.
The connection with your bank doesn't give Chip control of your account, it simply allows them to be able to action the savings.
Most concerns about the Chip setup seems to stem from people simply not reading the comprehensive notes on MSE.
