Missing purchase offer Barclaycard

Hello, I recently applied for the Barclaycard platinum and was accepted, which I've just received and activated. When I checked the website, it told me that I only had an 18-month 0% balance transfer option and that the purchase offer wasn't available, which is strange because the card is supposed to come with a 20 month 0% purchase offer. But it doesn't appear in the offers that I have one, or am I being foolish and it doesn't appear normally? This is due to the fact that I intend to make a major purchase.

If it wasn't available and is not in your terms, then you don't have it.

Give them a call to double check your terms.

If it has the money balance transfer option , you could use that to transfer to a current account, especially if it comes with a 0 teanafer fee.

They give you a card they think you are suited to. It's not always the one you applied for. Additionally, there's more than one type of platinum and not all are offered a 0% spend period - example - https://www.barclaycard.co.uk/personal/credit-cards/mid-bt-platinum

I had the same problem recently. Contacted them and they confirmed I had the offer but it would not show on app. A few days later got an email saying I have 0% until XX/XX
