Repairing garden tiles

Hi
Some decorative tiles outside the front of my house have become stained and unstuck. I want to clean them and stick them back down in a relatively quick fix method. Any advice of what products i can use to do this?

A photo?For small tiles I suggest epoxy resin.0

CT1 will get the tiles down for a tenner, but I can't help with the grout, which will probably be in packs larger than you need.
