Simplicity still not credited BG

Months after taking over Simplicity, BG have still not received the over £400 credit I had with Simplicity.

My meter readings were always kept up to date but now new bills have appeared on my simplicity account which I can’t follow at all (and I’m pretty intelligent really!) making the credit largely disappear of course.

There still appears to be some credit in Simplicity and a small credit has been made to BG.

Two problems: I feel I am tied into BG until the credit is sorted or it will just disappear.

And... I’ve no idea how to get the whole thing sped up.

Any advice would be much appreciated. I can’t believe I’m the only one in this position, but have searched the forum in vain.
