My First Car - Car Insurance

Hi everyone
Last week i put a deposit down to buy my first car.
I collect it tomorrow. I have my Car Insurance due to start tomorrow.
When i initially did the quote (via a comparison site), one of the questions was, 'have i bought the car yet'? Obviously the answer is no.
When I go to complete the purchase of the car tomorrow, do I need to inform the Insurance company that I have now bought the vehicle?
Thanks

Have you actually paid the insurance premium? or is it still in the form of just a quote that you still need to accept?
