Latest Treasury Gilts Bond Scam using Tilney name

Yet again another scam has popped up, this time using the genuine investment company Tilney name to promote their fake bonds.
They are trying to sell Treasury gilts at various rates as well as Barclays corporate bonds
The domain being used is fixedincome-tilney.co.uk which was only registered in May 2021 and is nothing to do with the genuine Tilney company. They have used the names of 2 real Tilney employees for their scam but these are nothing to do with it
They are more worryingly using fake caller ID to show as Tilney - London Mayfair on the phone screen. Fortunately I could see what they were up to hence registering for the info but others could very easily be taken in.
If you hand money over it's likely to be gone as you have no idea who is behind this.

Original advert came from Facebook so yet again they are taking money without any care who is paying for the adverts or if they are real.

Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
