Hello.
I have a section 75 claim with Santander. My statement says paymeny during 7 days. Do I pay the minimum amount? They say I should pay the full balance now.

Yes, you still have to service your account in the meantime0

A section 75 claim doesn't grant immunity from paying the disputed amount if the bill is due, so if you don't pay it in full then you'll incur interest (and other charges if you pay nothing at all). If your claim is upheld, you might have an argument that they should also reimburse any interest paid on the disputed amount though....1
