Soft check, identity

So apologies if this information is already asked, I couldn't find anything
1. I was looking at my soft search and this caught my eye health and social care info centre ( NHS digital) identity Check ?  Is this a check for health related stuff or Is this generic search ?

It's exactly what it says it is, an identity check.

Have you recently signed up for the NHS app (the proper NHS app, not the track and trace)?

Nope never signed up for any NHS app, there's many ways to do identity checks, But does this type of check.. probe further ? Health wise ? am curious...e.g if I told a company X and y would a soft search look into it ?

Depending on the company and what x and y were, then yes, they may carry out a search.

As the CRA's know nothing about your health, no, it has nothing to do with your health.  It's an identity check, nothing more, nothing less.
