DPD live tracking (follow my parcel)

For months now I've been unable to access any DPD live tracking. I get the 1 hour slot but no ability to see where the driver is or where I am on the queue. 

From the screenshots i've tried looking at every option on a smart phone and tablet, plus desktop version of page also tried the app, the app didn't have any live tracking either, just the 1 hour slot.
Can't find live tracking anywhere once the parcel is out for delivery.

Am missing something very obvious?

If your parcel is coming from Amazon you should be able to track the item from your My Orders page on Amazon.  Not sure if this applies to DPD but if they're using Amazon Logistics it morphs into a map and a where you are in the queue if you're up soon so you can watch a little blue dot jump all over the estate in a random fashion

Thanks, the two due today are Amazon but have been sent with DPD.
Been trying for months to access the DPD live tracker again and decided today's deliveries were a good opportunity to ask for help.

Does your Amazon tracking say they are Out For Delivery? If not then there'll be nothing yet to track.

Yes both Amazon and DPD say out for delivery. 

When I track on DPD's website I am given my 1 hour timeslot, but as has been the case for several months there is no live tracking whereby you can see the drivers location and your position in the queue.

I can't find anything on the internet to suggest DPD no longer offer this.

I had something delivered by DPD the other day and the tracking map was displayed as normal.

Have you disabled location services on your smart phone?

Worth checking all apps are fully up to date and it's a good idea to reboot your phone every now and then if you don't already do.

I found it stopped working on my phone/tablet a while back but still worked fine on my pc.
Could it be a browser issue?

I've had most luck with DPD tracking on the app.  Uninstall it and try it again.  Tracking through Amazon has always been hit and miss for me.

I am a bit late to this thread but I am having the same issue today. After a lot of googling I found that live tracking is not available for all DPD deliveries - live tracking is only available on deliveries where the sender has used DPD 'Predict' service as follows:

"Live tracking is not available for all DPD deliveries. While DPD does offer live tracking, it's typically activated through their Predict service, which is not automatically enabled for every shipment. If the sender uses the Predict service, you'll receive notifications about the delivery and the availability of live tracking. If Predict isn't used, you can still track your parcel's general status using the tracking number on the DPD website or app."
