Three interviews, rejected for all three

I think this is a good point to remember - you may have presented the same in all interviews but you were being interviewed by different people and competing against different people each time -at one interview you may be competing against people who have a lot more expertise or experience, or who are close friends with the interviewer, or against an internal candidate - at another you might be competing with someone who presents poorly, or has much less experience than you, or who didn't do any research . You can't know these things.ushjr said:I honestly don't think my performance in the interview where I succeeded was any better or worse than the others. My boss told me that I was the best candidate by far though.
