Three interviews, rejected for all three

Sorry if this is not the right place. I had three interviews last week and got rejected for all three. How's can I improve? I ask for feedback but the feedback I receive is sometimes very brief. I get a bit angry when I get rejected and when I ask for feedback I normally just say in the email feedback please? I know this is wrong but just get annoyed

Hi, Is it for external or internal jobs?
In work you get rejected for more interviews than you get. Just ask for feedback, if they don't give a reply then you've dodged a bullet.
What experience did you have and how did you feel the interview went?
Good luck.1 -
Why would they put the effort in to provide detailed feedback, if you email "feedback please". To me that screams of someone just going through the motions and if you had narrowly missed getting the job, you wouldn't be on any back up list if another role popped up.
At interviews you need to think about the question, provide an answer and back it up with an example of two. Are you doing this?
Your CV is getting you interviews, it's the bits during and after you need to work on.

‘Feedback please’ will not get as good a reply as ‘I was disappointed not to succeed in interview, as I really thought I would enjoy working for X company. I would be grateful for some feedback so that I can improve my performance in the future.’4

There would probably have been dozens of applicants and just a single job. The odds on being the person selected will obviously depend on your experience, but it's still not a certainty. 3 rejections is not many. The big positive is that you are actually getting interviews in a very competitive market. I agree with comment above about the way to request feedback.

An employer is not obliged to provide any "feedback". So I would put any request along the lines of "feedback please" straight in the bin!
Plus, even if they only interview three candidates on average for each job the majority of applicants are going to be disappointed. Realistically it is more.2 -
One area to consider is research and preparation. I have just been successful in securing a new position and the interviewer actually commented on how impressed she was with how much I knew about the organisation, she even made a joke that after her 15 years there she would not have that knowledge.I also went through the job description and picked out key parts and came up with areas I thought I could be asked about. I made notes and used them. Not detailed just a few bullet points of key words to remember.I think 2 or 3 questions that came up I had actually pre-prepared and pre-empted.Of course sometimes you do just need to take a step back and think about the question asked, I was asked 2 questions I didn’t even imagine would crop up, but I listened, calmly thought about it and even asked for clarification on one question asked and then answered giving examples from work, education, personal life and voluntary positions. In terms of feedback, you need to word it better.2

I only had one company actively offer feedback after interview in the many I've had this year, I didn't take them up on the offer as I should know what I maybe did wrong and in any event I found I just didn't want the particular job after interview. Perceived dream jobs and all that..... Although it wasn't the civil service or anything like that.
As for how to improve - interview practise.
Stop getting annoyed, remain chilled, the next interview could be the one.
See it as a positive, you are getting responses after interview, rather then being ghosted, where you are just never informed.
I was all set to chase last week's interview endeavour as could kind of see myself there, but this week's interview resulted in an offer before I could even get to chase the last one.
Sorry I really think people hire others who are similar to them or who they see fitting in the team and or getting results. Again not to be taken personally as being the wrong fit and then feeling out of place, just to get a job really does help no one.

If you know it's wrong, and it isn't getting you any helpful feedback, why go on doing it? Plain stupid - and will only annoy you more. I certainly wouldn't bother with trying to give helpful feedback to someone who couldn't be bothered to make any effort when asking for the feedback.Harrybrown100121 said:Sorry if this is not the right place. If the OP reacts as badly as it would seem at knockbacks I wonder if they also show annoyance during interviews if asked questions they don't like, or the interviewer says something which which they disagree.

Don't send emails when annoyed. What has the brief feedback you received said? But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.
