How to return unused randox pcr kit?

Hi, Has anyone returned an unused Randox pcr test? I can’t find any info on returning the kit for a refund? It didn’t come with a returns label. Thanks

A taxi driver told me quite a few people are booking day 2/8 tests so they can pass through the UK border but then try and get a refund afterwards. I was curious to know whether its actually possible.

I'm not saying that is what you are doing OP but I'd be very interested to see whether or not you actually get a refund in the end.  Could they argue they haven't sold you a product but a service that is personal to you as they will be testing your personal sample ?

No I’m definitely not doing that! We had our girls holiday cancelled last year so we booked it for this year thinking that everything would be ok. But now it’s changed to an amber destination I can’t have the extra 10 days quarantine for work reasons. I’d be gutted if I can’t return them!

It all depends on if you ordered them less than 14 days ago as per above - if so you’re fine to return but if not you’re out of luck.

Id say getting a refund on these is unlikely.

If you cannot return them you could always try to sell them on as they are not associated with you or your travel. They only get activated online and can be registered to anyone (bought these for my whole family without problems). You could also keep them for a later date as I suspect PCR testing will be required for the rest of the year.

I have an unused day 5 kit by randox and they are blankly refusing to refund (not suitable for health/hygene reasons) what a load of bull.

Not sure I can resell the test either - any takers?

Are you saying you should be entitled to a refund based on the terms?
