Lloyds Loan servicing account

Hi i applied for one of these and applied for the loan . It appeared in that account on the 2nd June but i cant seem to be able to withdraw it.  I have a normal current account with them but they are not connected. when i try to withdraw it says

Sorry you dont have an eligible account

How do i get the money out?
I dont have a business account only a loan servicing account.

You need to provide a bit more information. What kind of loan is it for starters? What was the product, can you link to it on the Lloyd's site?

Wouldn't it be far easier to just contact Lloyds and ask them?

You'd probably have had your answer by now if you'd just phoned them.

Yes I have been trying to for the past 2 days!! the on line chat gets no response and phoning it just says they are busy and wait time is over an hour !! Which i have not got time to wait.  so i just thought someone else might have the same problem.

My Lloyds BBL went straight into my Lloyds business account.
Couldn't you apply with the bank you do your usual business banking with?

I know that is why I asked why they didn't apply for one with the bank they do their business banking with.

I know that is why I asked why they didn't apply for one with the bank they do their business banking with.

because he doesn't have a business account.

So the OP is (probably) breaking the T&Cs in using a personal account for their business - applying for/withdrawing the BBL will probably highlight this to Lloyds, with the usual consequences...
