Can someone help me please? I was charged and unseccessfully defended and alleged parking 'offence' by VCS a year or so ago. I then went to https://excel.zatappeal.com/ for myparkingcharge and made payment to get a £0 balance on the final screen a while ago. Now I am being hounded by debt collectors for almost £200 relating to the orignal supposed unpaid charge. I have nothing other than the final screen showing "Charge Status £0" and "My Options" - "No available actions" and can post this here if required. I only went to that page to reluctantly make payment so there is no other reason the balance became £0 but VCS will not respond to contact and the debt collectors are becoming very threatening. I really don't know what to do and cannot afford the additional payments as well as I don't see why I should effectively pay more than twice for something I already paid.

Has there been a court case that you lost?
That "Charge Status £0" usually means that VCS have passed the matter over to debt collectors and will not accept payment themselves.3 -
Yes, and that was the order I paid when the details were sent as I recall. I have tried contacting them as it was a while ago and get no response at all.
