Cheap Energy Club - down!
My fixed tariff comes to an end in July, so I log onto the Cheap Energy Club, hit DIY compare the market, it says it's loading my results, then:
Anyone know any more?
Oops! We've had an accident...
Cheap Energy Club is currently down. Our techies are working furiously to fix the issue and we're hoping to be back up soon.
It's been like that for two days now.Anyone know any more?

No problem for me.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1

Thanks, Robin.
Hmm... the thing is, it doesn't let me fill in any details while I am logged in. It just says loading my results. If I don't log in, I can fill in the details, but when I want to compare the market, I have to input my email address. It recognises that I already have an account and I have to log in. I log in... back to the "oops" page,0 -

Anyone know any more?No because there's nothing wrong with it.Use another browser. Make a new profile. Disable your extensions. Use a mobile phone as a test. Disable any anti-virus you may have.0 -

Update: email button doesn't work as it tries to open an email programme on my computer which I don't have. So I've had to delete my account. I might try starting a new account, or I just might give up.0

Just used it for the first time in a while. Worked normally for me.0

Bimbly said:No anti-virus.If you mean that you don't have anti-virus installed, (as opposed to temporarily disabling it for the CEC site) then that's asking for trouble. You may find that being unable to log in to the CEC is least of your worries. In any case, it's better to start comparing with Citizens Advice and 'Which? Switch'.0
