Plastering walls and ceiling in hallway, stairs and landing

I have a smallish three bed terraced ex council house. I’ve received a quote of £1.3k including materials and waste disposal for cutting out and bonding approx 10 large cracks to the existing plaster and one wall which is covered in blown plaster, boxing in some floor to ceiling radiator pipes behind the front door and skimming all the walls and ceiling.
happy to pay that if that’s the going rate but just want to make sure I’m not being take advantage of as I previously had a plasterer try to quote me £350 for one wall
