Time limit for court proceedings

Hi guys,
I just want to start by saying I am very appreciative of the work you all do here.

I checked the forum a couple years ago and I think I remember reading that there was a time limit for the parking company to take me to court.
I have been issued a debt collection letter and court proceedings could be next. I don’t have any of my evidence any more because it was years ago.
The ‘date of contravention’ reads 09/02/18 and is from ‘First parking LLP’
if there is a time limit, would anyone be kind enough to let me know.

Anyone has up to six years in England and Wales to start a court claim.
But you already know that. @Redx told you that nearly four years ago...

If you get a LBC, send an SAR to the scammers straight away as per the NEWBIES, and of course complain to the landowner. It's never too late to get a landowner cancellation.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
