Have a bog standard Alcatel 20.45 . Only have about 5 photos on it but mean a lot, last week I decide to try and send to partners phone or transfer to laptop and could do neither.
Found out it had no APN and Asda mobile sent several install to no avail and now the phone will not charge.
If it were not for the few photos I would not be concerned, I realise this is a long shot but can anyone give any advice, there are used phones like it going cheap on e bay would
getting one and using my sim work. I am no techie and just want to get the photos off - I have no idea how they are stored on or where on phone

Just looking here https://devicehelp.optus.com.au/alcatel/20-45x-proprietary-os/ it tells me that it has bluetooth, so maybe you could transfer them that way. It also says you have USB Data Cable included, so maybe you could connect to a PC and get them that way?

Thank you the charger seems to have packed up so will need to sort this out first, just concerned that it wont charge after the failed install from Asda, will I be able to try bluetooth without APN0

photos are NOT stored on the SIM card?
They will be in the phones small memory1 -
When it's plugged in to the PC with a USB cable go into Windows Explorer (on the PC) and (making sure the phone is on & active) see if it shows up as a USB drive. If it does you can drill down to the folder where the photos are and copy them to your PC. Look for a folder called DCIM - that's where they should be.1

Thank you all for your replies - I did try the USB to PC and I got it just didn't seem to pick up the connection....I struggle so much with tech stuff and apologies for this. However my other half mentioned to mate and it is now in his more capable hands.0
