Holiday refund owed

I am owed a refund by tui that was refunded in March 2021 but was processed wrong as the card it was paid on had expired and the money bounce back to tui from visa and I have contacted tui with a rol case number to tell them where the money is but have still got no contact back from tui as what is being done

Have you called them?

TUI have to refund to the card the payment was made from.

You say the card is expired, but do you have a new one for the same account ? 

If so,contact the card provider as the refund should have worked

Refund on a expired card should go onto one of the banks internal accounts.
