Hi all,
Bought a block of 3 health treatments and redeemed my first one today at payment. Have decided it’s not for me, what are my consumer rights to a refund on the other 2 treatments? No T&C’s shown to me or on their website, they’re a small business. No contract signed or anything like that. Thanks! Tigs

Did you buy in person at their shop/center or online?
If it was in person you have no statutory right to cancel for "change of mind" and it would come down to your discussion with the company and their T&Cs0
