Future Travel Vouchers

Letting those who may have received future travel vouchers from BA that the phone call required to redeem them cost 60pper minute if using the number provided in the email. Apparently they have recently changed to a local rate number but instinct led me to revert to the original email

Probably worth clarifying the actual number(s) concerned?
https://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/information/help-and-contacts/contact-us# lists 0344 493 0787 as their local rate number for most contacts once a booking has been made, but the 7p/minute (plus your access charge) 0844 equivalent is shown for new bookings. I don't know if the emailed or new numbers you refer to are either of these, or if anyone else can help posters out with info about best numbers to use....
