Isn't the charge for this other policy in play which is in dispute etc, and the charge is to 'update' that policy with the details of the claim from the current one? In which case, dispute aside (though the £30 maybe reclaimable if dispute is successful), I suspect its generated as part of the T&C.Sandtree said:The email is hard to read in this format but ultimately they are saying its because a claim hasnt been correctly declared on your policy. Now the question is if its the claim you have just had or a historic claim you had before buying the policy; I'd assume the former but you clearly need to speak to them to find out.Peter
