Anyone else having trouble with Virgin Money app today?
Updated app yesterday & worked OK (iphone), though discovered they still had my old address recorded despite having updated it 2 months ago.
Today it just flashes the Touch ID screen & if I select 'Cancel', it just repeats the loop & eventually reverts to Red screen.

Working fine on my iPhone. Perhaps delete & reinstall might help0

Same problem for me. A reboot did not work. If you have the same problem, go to your iPhone settings and Face ID. Turn off the option to allow the Virgin Money app to use it, and then you can just use the passcode (if you can remember it)!0
