Just Go! Holidays (part JG Travel Group)

I wondered if there were any views here of reliability of Just Go! Holidays?  
They have a poor score on Trust Pilot.  I have tried using the MSE search function but that is hopeless.

I have a very short Christmas thing booked with them even though the reviews are generally poor- it was so short and didn't involve anything complicated like food so I took the risk and I have used a credit card.

However they then sent me offers and things and I was interested in another 2 day trip - but I had a very simple question - they don't answer their phones (reports suggest they cut you off after an hour - but I gave up after 45 minutes) I emailed them and also used their contact us form- that was 4 weeks ago and I have never had the courtesy of a reply. I have asked on one of their facebook adverts- and although they do respond to questions (usually to defend their policy of refunding for 2020 holidays a year late on a rolling month by month basis) they have not replied to me.

Any company that fails to respond to a simple question is not one I will deal with in future. Their response online when people question this is that they don't have sufficient staff to handle the amount of queries raised by the necessity to refund the 2020 cancelled events - which seems a very poor excuse as absolutely no one seems to be able to get through to them at all and there is quite a lot of people reporting they had to chargeback or do a S75 claim to get any sort of refund. At worst I am a little over £330 out of pocket if I have made the wrong call about the Christmas event, I won't risk any more outlay with them though.

I compare that to a specialist TA I use who despite being snowed under ensure they respond to emails and answer the phone within a reasonable time.
