Yes I'm one of them people with no photo id. Never needed it before, now they are all asking for it, revolut, monies, starling. For bank accounts of needed birth certificate and tax credit awards notice was suffice, trying to get a prepaid card for going to Ireland next month.

You can buy Vanilla Mastercards in Sainsbury’s or Wilko, no ID required.
