From what little I can glean from the firm's web site, they seem to buy in bulk from many sources on an ad hoc basis, perhaps offering clearance for nurseries, as other firms do when giving people special offers online. The difference for the punter is they can see what they're getting, but only if they live within easy distance of the 3 stores. To save people the trouble of looking them up, these are in Plymouth, South Devon + Newport and Barry, South Wales.
