Smart Meter Readings
As part of my switch to a different energy company, I have to have a smart meter fitted.
I have the option of half hourly readings, daily readings or monthly readings. Could anyone please advise if there is a "better" one to go for or is there no difference?

I guess it depends on how much metadata you want to give them regarding your usage. I opted for daily for the time being but you can change it whenever you like.

The industry is moving towards time of use tariffs. Future price comparisons will be based on your profiled usage not kWhs/year. The more history you have the better.
