Discontinued B&Q Kitchen Doors

My Church Hall has a room fitted out with B&Q Kitchen Units - Cathedral Style doors in Light Oak - dating from about 2014. All purely functional and are used for storage. We use some larder units as wardrobes - they have standard 95 x 60 doors bracketed together.
I now want to add some further units but B&Q (and everyone else) just seems to have Shaker style.
Does any one know of an off the shelf supplier that sells similar style and finish ?
