I don't see how a chargeback will be successful, or really that they are behaving "badly". They didn't say it was an instant download anywhere did they? Also, I wasn't able to find Windows 10 on the currys site, did you purchase it from currys.co.uk or business.currys.co.uk ?

I know this is four years old, but I felt compelled to reply to this and the other similar comment now that I've seen them. I think you'll be hard pressed to find anyone who would honestly say they think of 'download' as a sales method to be anything other than instant or at least fairly quickly. I'm sorry that you couldn't find it on the Currys websitre but I'm not sure what you expect me to say or do to that.

For your reference, four years later it still hasn't been provided, nor refunded. I had more important things to worry about and so never got round to raising a chargeback. I've just saved myself future hassle by never using them again. Ever.
