    Your consumer rights are enhanced as you get older, apparently.  It's the same if you describe yourself as a "keyworker".

    My 62 year old husband would probably get me to deal with something like this - but that's because he's a lazy ar*e when it comes to complaining rather than capacity as his job entails him dealing with contracts running into seven figures.

    Sorry to mention this, but in the time I bought vaping products it was explained to me that I had to use the charging cable supplied with the product, and plugged it into a PC usb port.  If I did what apparently a lot of people do and plugged it into my phone charging plug USB port, it can burn out the vaping device.  Basically the shop could be right if it hasn't been charged using recommended procedures.
