Any ex-Tonik users still struggling with Scottish Power?

    Yes I am taking readings and you are of course correct about paying the bill. In fact I am much better off having saved the money I would have spent and earned 'huge' interest on it!

    Shows how bad Scottish Power actually are then,really if they don't even know whether they supply you or not.
    You might just let that continue being the case and not force them to take more of your money.
  • Update on transfer of gas account from Tonik to ScottishPower:

    Escalated complaint to Directors Team at SP in June 2021 and on July 2 a director called me to say he was now on the case and would keep me updated.

    Since then had two calls from a lady working for him. In the last of these in August was told it seemed to be sorted but the paperwork was 'offshore' and should be all sorted the following week. Apparently it wasn't - and she has not called me again.

    However I have had two more calls since then from a guy who, initially, seemed to know about the case but there was no update. The latest call was on Sep 28 from the same guy who now knew nothing of the case but would investigate it and call me the next day - he didn't.

    Ten months and no progress. Now it's just weird as no-one seems to know why there is a problem. Now of course there will likely be tens of thousands of new customers joining ScottishPower and I wish them all well!
  • Can’t believe it’s still ongoing Scottish power were so awful but in the end they refunded all payments I made to them, I left them from tonik in March this year
