Noisy Boiler Circulating Pump - will BG Homecare replace?

SO our pump has started getting noisy, not too bad at the boiler itself (which is where the pump is) but you can hear it in all the rads.  I am guessing it means it is gong to fail in the near future.  I would sooner it was replaced before failure rather than after but am worried if I call out BG under the homecare they will say it is still working now, charge me the call out fee and refuse to replace it till it actually fails when they can charge a second call out fee.

Any thoughts?  Thanks
I think....

What is the pressure showing on your boiler ?
Have you tried bleeding the rads then top up the pressure

Pressure is fine and not changing.  I will try bleeding the rads but the noise is definitely from the pump

I doubt they will change until it fails. Pump is not expensive and easy to change. I would ditch BG and call a plumber

BG sort of pays for itself if you become a new customer every year and get cashback.  I have it until September on current contract so might as well make use.  Pump is built in to boiler (4 pipe system) and has been replaced before and was pretty expensive.  Annoying if I have wait till it fails to replace, noise is also annoying. :(

I had a noisy pump which also got quite hot, they changed the pump without any issue for me even though they didn't think it was too hot to be dangerous.

OK, my pump is much simpler.
