Order of refurb/ redecorating

Hello
I recently purchased a 2 bed terrace house in London, moved in a few days ago and it needs refurb/ redecoration.
I have a 10k budget right now (can save each month to add), was wandering if anyone could give me an idea of order of works i should do things in.

This is the order of things need doing and i think might work:

1. Electrics - possibly some rewire, adding a few more power points.(electrician booked in nx week to look over)
2. Replaster/ skim some of the walls that have a few cracks (also make good of the rewiring tbc).
3. Lay new flooring down stairs, rip up and replace carpeting on stairs and upstairs.(neither current flooring is in good condition)
4. Paint walls
5. Put up curtains/ blinds (currently have horrid cheap blinds up)- have a bay window so may be a bit costly.
6. Replace a broken bedroom door (broken at hinge)
7. Repair some fitted wardrobe doors/ shelves
8. Alcove shelving in livingroom (budget permitting).

We can paint, lay flooring (except carpets) and fix the wardrobe ourselves but everything else we'll have professionals in.

Any ideas welcome on the order of things would be great.

Paint after wood/vinyl flooring has been fitted, but before carpets are laid.

First thing you'd do is rip out everything you're not keeping, wallpaper, carpets etc, then get the electrics done. Then the messy trades, plastering etc, I'm assuming you're going to remove radiators, skirting etc. Then you can redecorate, do the flooring, carpets etc.

Currently no wall paper anywhere, not sure i need to remove radiators, theres a few cracks here and there that i think might just need skimming, the house is pretty bare (no shelves in living room/ dining room/ bathroom or bed rooms)
Good idea on doing painting after flooring.
Not chosen colour scheme for walls yet - guess i move that up the list then

Don't you mean filling? There's a world of difference between filling a few cracks and skimming an entire wall. If you're going to get an entire room skimmed then you'd need to remove radiators.
