Double glazing quote

Look at getting double glazing for whole house and have got several quotes, however are not sure of what to make of them. There is a huge variation in prices and we are honestly a bit stuck of who to go to.
Quote is for:
4 windows upstairs (2 larger ones with 3 openings, 2 smaller ones with 2 openings)
3 windows downstairs (1 large one with 2 openings, 1 smaller kitchen window with one opening, and a full length porch side window with 1 small opening at the top.
1 Standard back UPvC door
1 Composite front Door
1 3 Panel aluminium bi fold door
The 6 Quotes we have back are ranging from £7800 to £10,800. The cheaper one is local one man band company, and the more expensive ones are larger local companies. We havent had any of the nationals round. There is a huge difference in price, the cheaper ones are almost too cheap, wonder if they are using cheaper windows. The larger local companies are using eurocell.
Does this seem a fair price?

For info the cheapest is not FENSA registered, and the next cheapest is CERTASS registered. The rest are FENSA registered

Both decent quotes . What profile is the cheaper quote . eurocell is about average . nothing special (I fit eurocell) You cant really buy bad frames now they all have to hit standards . Certass and fensa are mainly interested in the glass spec . The ventilation and safety aspect and thermal values. Ant window installed within a few guide lines can be signed off by the local council anyway for a lot cheaper than the difference in quotes . Ask the cheaper installer why he hasn't joined any of the GGF bodies . just being nosey . It give the homeowner /seller/buyer a bit of a reassurance when choosing people and they maybe losing jobs . They may just say the fensa / certass scheme is not for them . ( I am a member of both ) The 10k job also isn't over priced either . I had 7k 8k in my head when reading your breakdown . London prices also can be silly so either are not bad / There is little difference between fensa and certass . GGF is the glass and glazing federation .
