Praise for Sky/Openreach

Internet dropping for past few days, called sky yesterday around 6pm, when through and did the tests on phone, was told fault with line. Need engineer out, got booked in for next day between 8 and 1pm.
 Today guy from Openreach rings at 8am, coming in next 20 mins. Great, by 8.15 he was at the door. Comes in and does all the tests, says all of the cable from socket to the pole needs replacing as it was original cable from the 80's he said.
By 10 he had all the old cable off, and new one put in. Installed the new socket and asked if I wanted the socket moving to another location or not.

Great job by Sky and Openreach, issue corrected in under 24 hours.
