1-2 weeks away from exchange and our freeholder has changed on our flat

We are leasehold, have to complete by end of June, Our freeholder has sold the flat below us with the freehold of the building and the new lady is moving in as i type this -we knew it was for sale but our previous freeholder would not give us info on dates etc -she was a nightmare with the docs needed to give to our solicitors, and unhelpful..
Anyone got any ideas what may be required from our solicitors end to pass on to the new people, all the docs were previously in place and contracts signed and returned etc.
