Refund from lastminute.com refused

Can anyone help lastminute.com have said that since last year because we rebooked with them with vouchers we can not get our money back now and our flights have been cancelled again and they have sent me a email to say I would get it back but they say its the computer that won't let them do it can anyone help with this please

    If you paid for the booking with vouchers they should be refunding in vouchers....have they said they will not refund vouchers or only that they are unable to give you a cash refund?

    No they said they would give us a cash refund to start with then said they could only give us vouchers

    The first message sounds like it was automatically generated, but if you paid with vouchers that's all you're entitled to back. 
  • Are they sayiong it's not possible because it was rebooked or because paid by vouchers?
