We have, with an architect, drawn up plans for a large porch to be built on the front of our house. The plans are currently with our local council and we are waiting for a decision.
we are building a pot porch, to be able to have an exterior ramp, wider front door, a place to put a mobility scooter( our current front door opens onto a tiny hallway with 2 interior doors, so can’t hang a coat!
im hoping that’s lot of this work will be covered by the vat free scheme for the disabled?
