Green Network Energy Collapse - Final Bills

It's been four long months since EDF has taken over the accounts of those of us who were with Green Network Energy when they ceased trading and there's still no sign of a final bill covering the energy used prior to EDF taking over. I have managed to get EDF to give me an interim bill for that used since they took over but, I still don't know how much credit or debit the account was in since the closing meter readings were supplied to EDF by GNE. This is a ridiculous situation and very stressful.
Has anyone else had this sorted yet or any suggestions as to my next course of action ? EDF say they're waiting on GNE.
