Better to get Petlog to sort it out.
It is showing online as registered with them but not showing up. Petlog have had big problems recently and chip records have not tranferred over to their new system.
The OP has parer work from them confirming he has registered with them so it is up to them to sort it out.
My dog's registration did not show up on their system when I tried to update my address but using the chat option got it sorted.0
