Over 4000 victims were made inadmissible 2021 confirmed on appeal 2025

Unfortunately at the beginning of proceedings 2015 for me, proof of pip implantation was fine.The appeal court refined the rule to include proof of an IMGHC code which many ladies did not have and could probably never get as many clinics closed and opened under new names in most cases.
Also we started with an Irish solicitor collating our files.He farmed those out to a legal claims company.They didn’t do the job right. When many of the files were filed in court,they were incomplete had the wrong ladies details etc.
The later groups going through the first courts have no inadmissibility as we now all know proof of IMGHC is a requirement
