These strike off notices are actually really common. It happens when companies don't file their accounts on time - which happens a lot.
I wouldn't be too worried about it.0 -
Auditors are potentially unable to sign off the accounts as the company wouldn't be considered a going concern. Late filing of accounts is a red flag on credit reference agencies as more often or not a sign of financial distress.superbigal said:lots of companies sail close to the wind with Strike Offs.
What is your gut feel ? That is likely to be as important.
Do they pay suppliers late ? Problems with cash flow ? Wages ?0
