Hoseasons-Holiday Cancellation

Hi
I had booked Hoseasons PremierCaravan Holiday for Scotland (Hunter’s Quay) for the May bankholiday weekend (28/5-31/5) but now can’t go as husband has suddenly fallen ill and under investigation.
Hoseasons saying for cancellation it will charge 90% of the paid price or I can get it transferred to someone else name at £35.
Is there any way that i can recover maximum out of what i paid which was well over £350
